Video recordings include footage from a surprise party given by Mamadi Tia Thomas, Ge performances, the first annual Gueheva festival, Fête des Ignames, mask performances, touring of Koman mask, Guegbia (mask race), mask manifestations, dancing, funerals, drum lessons, and sorcery investigations. Performances are primarily by Dan participants, although masks of other ethnic groups are featured as part of the Gueheva festival footage. In addition to the above events and performance genres, the collector's research also focused on religion, politics, and identity of performers in Côte d'Ivoire.
